 As part of the Energy Star program certification process, a blower door test is required as the last step in the process. This house, the Cesary residence, had a HERS index rating after this test of 58, 19 points below what is the Energy Star minimum of 77. |

 As part of the Cesary custom house, we had built on site a custom six foot round colored concrete shower installed by The Familystone of Lake Helen,FL. This shower is 6 inches thick and was poured in place. The internal spring forms had to be craned in before the trusses were installed. |

 The Cesary Residence large custom home constructed with energy efficient Insulated Concrete Forms for all Exterior walls. This wall system was installed by Titan Walls of Holly Hill and features R-30 insulation performance and 230mph wind storm resistance. This house is extremely quiet and has had an average of $90.00/month electric bills for the last year with 3500sf of conditioned space. They have also never had to turn on their heat all winter.. |

 This project involved the clearing away of overgrowth on a house built in the 1980's and completely rebuilding the roof structure and installing a real standing seam, hand broke and crimped copper roof. We also replaced all the windows in the house with Pella windows and installed a basement window well. |
